General Manager / Head of Operations

This leading Financial Services group requires the services of a strong General Manager, as a key relationship manager with various internal and external stakeholders, brokers and partners within the business. This position is a newly created position, due to the expansion of the broker group in ACT. This role is responsible for proactively managing brokers and staff, systems and processes, general operation, incoming lead flow, with existing referral relationships as well as ensuring all new business funnels such as marketing and advertising are firing on all cylinders. This role requires sophisticated operational business acumen, as well as strong stakeholder and relationship management acumen.
